Baby Name Clue #3

In honor of Grandparents Day, and under much pressure from family and friends, I give you clue #3. The baby's name has an "I" in it.

I have a friend who's daughter is named Micah. So that is why I put it for a girl. I guess it is like Morgan and Jordon that can go either way...
In clue #3 is that an I or L?

Yes, I've heard of Micah for a girl and isn't there an actress with that name? But at any rate, ambidextrious names (or whatever you call them) are not for me.

The 3rd clue is an "i" or "I". I hope that helps clarify.

Diana, you guys are so perceptive with the next clue being "I". I'll have to send the 4th clue out Friday instead of Monday as a reward. :)

By the way, beautiful guesses, none of them right.

Ruthe, nice guesses this time. Unfortunately the clue was for an "i" not an "l", the dumb font makes it confusing. But, on a good note. One of your names is actually barking up the right tree. I'm sorry that's all I'm going to say right now. Hopefully, Friday's clue will help you out more.

Well I am stumped. I guessed to many names so now I don't know which tree I am barking up! Here are a few more attempts:
Lisha
Laila
Laina
Allia

Well, none of those are right but you've remembered the ending sound we're going for!

Sophia??

Sherry, too many letters. Sorry. I do love the name Sophia though. It's come up for the last couple of girls.

I am running out of ideas here...

Malia

Diana,
Nope. I liked Malia at one point but found out it meant something like "rebellious one" or something like that. I just couldn't gamble on it! ;)

Ruthe,
No. Sorry. Next clue will be bright and early tomorrow. It's already written and scheduled to post.

Leslie,
No, sorry, none of those are right.

Christy - This just isn't fair. I can just see you grinning and laughing and enjoying the suspence. I bet you sat there and thought, 'how can I torture my friends and family'? Well you have succeeded!!!!
What does the name start with? Or will that just totally give it away?

Ruthe,

The suspense and frustration was not premeditated. But with the flurry of responses and desperate attempts to figure it out, I did notice I was grinning a lot, with an occasional chuckle. Your last email, though, did get me to laugh out loud. :) This is supposed to be fun. Also, Andrew and I chose the clues in advance so it's funny now to see what would have been more helpful and what is so confusing. Especially the way the font displays the clues!!

Be glad though, we had thought of not telling anyone at all so it would be a nice Christmas present to everyone!

I don't think you'll love clue number 4, but clue number 5 should be more fun... for you I mean. :)
